Established since 2004, initially as Mind your Language, the pre-school has helped hundreds of naturally English speaking children integrate seamlessly into the Spanish education system.

The pre-school is located on Calle Nicolas de Bussi, (the Saturday morning market street to you and I, behind the Irish Bar) a property, owner Yvonne Matthews, bought specifically to house the pre-school after having difficulties with rented accommodation in the past. Yvonne explains, “I took over the pre-school when the then owner decided to return to the U.K. My first baby, Alexandra, had been to the pre-school and had a fantastic start to her education. I wanted the same for Sophia, my second little girl so couldn't let the pre-school close! We have had lots of help with accommodation but I felt that to ensure long term stability we had to have our own place and now we feel we're going from strength to strength.

The children, including Spanish toddlers whose parents want them to have the best of both languages, learn through play and song and are thought respect and caring through the use of “Golden Rules”.

Creative Learning is now a provisional member of the N.A.B.S.S (National Association of British Schools in Spain) an organisation dedicated to school development and improvement in hope to be giving children the best possible start in life for many years to come.
